2017 Graduation Lifetouch Formal Pictures Now Available

Commencement pictures were taken by Lifetouch. Photos are now available online at  Click on "Find Event" and complete the necessary fields to view pictures. Otherwise, you can try the direct link here

If you see pictures you would like to purchase, please order them directly through the Lifetouch website. If you have any questions regarding ordering pictures, please call Lifetouch at 1-800-505-9496. 

Graduation Fee Payment due April 28

The Graduation Fee is $30.  Payment is online and must be completed by 4/28/17. This fee covers the costs of programs, security, decor, and other ceremony expenses. Please click on the following link to make your payment:

Honor Stole Fee Payment due May 12

Students will be notified if they have earned an honor stole by 5/1/17.  If a student earned an Honor Stole, the fee is $25.  Payment is online and must be completed by 5/12/17. Please click on the following link to make your payment: http://sowashco.feepay.comStudents may keep the stole as a keepsake or return the stole for an online refund.  Returned stoles must be received by Mrs. Schumacher in the ERHS Admin Office by Friday, 6/9/17.  Damaged or soiled stoles are not eligible for a refund.

Graduation Ticket Requests due April 28

The 2017 Commencement Ceremony will be conducted inside at the Raptors Perch (Gymnasium) at East Ridge High School on Sunday, June 4th at 2:30pm. Each graduate will be allotted four (4) reserved tickets for family seating in the Perch. All seats will be assigned by ERHS in random order if submitted prior to the April 28th deadline. Students on hold will not have tickets assigned until they are released from the hold list. Tickets will be distributed directly to students at the graduation rehearsal on Friday, June 2 at 9:00am. All remaining tickets will be part of a lottery for all additional ticket requests. Please submit your request thoughtfully as changes cannot be made later. Any tickets turned in on the day of graduation will be handed out to those in the Loft overflow seating.

Required meeting for all seniors will be held in the Loft Stage. The purpose of the meeting will be to discuss graduation-related items from administration and counselors. Senior Parent Night: Wed Sept 21 at 6:30 pm

Please join us for Senior Parent Night on Wednesday, September 21 from 6:30-8:00 pm in the Loft Theater at ERHS. The ERHS Guidance Counselors will present information regarding planning for senior year, including graduation and college application processes. Representatives from a number of colleges will also be on-hand for discussion regarding their respective institutions.

Commencement Pictures (provided by Lifetouch)

All graduates are photographed as they cross the stage at commencement. Photos will be online at ten days after the ceremony. Complimentary proofs mailed to graduates, however there is no obligation to purchase. Be sure to visit to sign up to receive notification when your proofs are online and ready to order. Graduation Announcements, Class Rings & Tags, Senior Apparel & Photo Cards (optional)

Announcements: Students have the option to order graduation announcements through Jostens. These announcements feature our school crest on custom paper. It will also include specific information regarding the date, time and place of your ceremony. Ordering announcements is not required. 
Class Rings & Tags: Proudly display your graduation in timeless fashing with Jostens class rings. 
Seniors have the opportunity to purchase a customized, commemorative class ring or tag from Jostens.
Apparel: Show your senior pride with quality senior apparel designed to match your style. Product availability varies by school.
Photo Cards: Photo cards are used to add personality to announce your graduation. Photo cards add a personal touch to your announcement package.

All Night Party 

Register for Your Tickets Now! The Senior All Night Party is a great way to give our seniors a safe and exciting way to celebrate their graduation. It's their last opportunity to get together with all their friends to have a blast! Entertainment, food, games, casino, prize drawings and so much to do, you'll have a hard time getting everything in. Your District Google Accounts

Once you graduate... in August you will no longer have access to your school provided Google Account.  Make sure you download/copy the files you want to keep to another device not owned by the District. After August, there will be no means of retrieving them.  This can be done by logging onto a computer with your google account and following the steps below:

  1. Log onto your google drive using a PC.
  2. Click a file to download.  (To download multiple files, press Shift or Ctrl (“Command on a Mac) while clicking other files.)
  3. Right-click and select Download.

Note: Dragging a file from Google Drive to your desktop won’t download it.
