Required meeting for all seniors will be held in the Loft Stage. The purpose of the meeting will be to discuss graduation-related items from administration and counselors. Senior Parent Night: Thursday, Sept 28 at 6:30 pm   Parent Presentation

Please join us for Senior Parent Night on Thursday, September 28 from 6:30-8:00 pm in the Loft Theater at ERHS. The ERHS Guidance Counselors will present information regarding planning for senior year, including graduation and college application processes. Representatives from a number of colleges will also be on-hand for discussion regarding their respective institutions.

Graduation Fee Payment due April 27

The Graduation Fee is $30.  Payment is online and must be completed by 4/27/18. This fee covers the costs of programs, security, decor, and other ceremony expenses. Please click on the following link to make your payment:

Graduation Ticket Requests open April 2 - 27

The 2018 Commencement Ceremony will be conducted inside at the Raptors Perch (Gymnasium) at East Ridge High School on Sunday, June 3rd at 2:30pm. Each graduate will be allotted four (4) reserved tickets for family seating in the Perch. The Ticket Requests Form will open and be posted here beginning April 4 through April 27. All seats will be assigned by ERHS in random order if submitted prior to the April 27th deadline. Students on hold will not have tickets assigned until they are released from the hold list. Tickets will be distributed directly to students at the graduation rehearsal on Friday, June 1 at 9:00am. All remaining tickets will be part of a lottery for all additional ticket requests. Please submit your request thoughtfully as changes cannot be made later. Any tickets turned in on the day of graduation will be handed out to those in the Loft overflow seating. Children attending the graduation ceremony MUST also have a ticket. Children are not allowed on laps.

Honor Stole Fee Payment due May 11

Students will be notified if they have earned an honor stole by 4/30/18.  If a student earned an Honor Stole, the fee is $25.  Updated payment option: please bring cash or check (made out to ERHS) to the ERHS main office by 5/11/18. Students may keep the stole as a keepsake or return the stole for a refund.  Returned stoles must be received by Ms. Sicard in the ERHS Admin Office by Friday, 6/818.  Damaged or soiled stoles are not eligible for a refund.

2018 Commencement Ceremony

The graduation ceremony for the Class of 2018 will be held on Sunday, June 3, 2018, at 2:30 pm in the Perch (Gymnasium) at East Ridge High School.

Cap & Gown

Cap & gown measurements were taken/submitted by students during the Sept 28 senior meeting. Please contact Maureen Kostka with questions. Cap & Gowns (and honor stoles) will be distributed to students on Monday, May 21, 2018 during lunches at the Activities Entrance. Students must have all fines & payments cleared and Naviance surveys completed before they can pick up their Cap & Gown.

Commencement Pictures (provided by Lifetouch)

All graduates are photographed as they cross the stage at commencement. Photos will be online at ten days after the ceremony. Complimentary proofs mailed to graduates, however there is no obligation to purchase. Be sure to visit to sign up to receive notification when your proofs are online and ready to order. Graduation Announcements, Class Rings & Tags, Senior Apparel & Photo Cards (optional)

Announcements: Students have the option to order graduation announcements through Jostens. These announcements feature our school crest on custom paper. It will also include specific information regarding the date, time and place of your ceremony. Ordering announcements is not required. 
Class Rings & Tags: Proudly display your graduation in timeless fashing with Jostens class rings. 
Seniors have the opportunity to purchase a customized, commemorative class ring or tag from Jostens.
Apparel: Show your senior pride with quality senior apparel designed to match your style. Product availability varies by school.

All Night Party 

The All Night Senior party will take place the night of graduation.  This night has traditionally been one of the highlights of your last year and you don't want to miss it.  The night includes entertainment, games, and spectacular prizes!! Mark your calendars for Sunday, June 3rd.  The party takes place from 10pm-5am at ERHS.



The Senior All Night Party is a memorable celebration filled with entertainment, food, casino, games, prizes and more!  The total value of all the prizes given away during the night ranges from $8,000-$12,000. Over 100 volunteers are needed to staff this event.  The planning committee has been busy with preparations but are behind our goal. WITH ONLY 5 WEEKS LEFT WE ARE ASKING FOR YOUR HELP TO MAKE SURE YOUR GRADUATE EXPERIENCES THE BEST PARTY POSSIBLE:


Your District Google Accounts

Once you graduate... in August you will no longer have access to your school provided Google Account.  Make sure you download/copy the files you want to keep to another device not owned by the District. After August, there will be no means of retrieving them.  This can be done by logging onto a computer with your google account and following the steps below:

  1. Log onto your google drive using a PC.
  2. Click a file to download.  (To download multiple files, press Shift or Ctrl (“Command on a Mac) while clicking other files.)
  3. Right-click and select Download.

Note: Dragging a file from Google Drive to your desktop won’t download it.
