Raptor Round-Up - Thursday, August 24

We welcome all 9th-12th grade students to attend our open-house style Raptor Round Up. On this day you will be able to pick up your tentative class schedule, access your locker, take your school photo, check out your textbooks and take care of other business items such as parking permits, athletic passes, immunization forms, etc. Suggested times are listed above in order to accommodate the crowds. Other forms and information can be printed or viewed below.

10th grade 8:00-9:30am

11th grade 10:00am-11:30am

12th grade 12:30-2:00pm

9th grade 2:30-4:00pm

  • LifeTouch Photos:
    • Online Order Form
    • LifeTouch will remain at ERHS until 6:00pm on August 24, 2017.
    • Retakes will be Monday, October 9 (during school day).
    • Seniors will need to get their pictures taken at Round Up. These pictures are used for transcripts and student IDs.
  • Activities Fair will take place in the cafeteria. Please stop by and consider getting involved.
  • Parking Permits can be purchased via our online system. If payment is made by 4:00pm on Wednesday, Aug. 23,  the pass can be picked up at Round Up. Click here for all of the information.

  • UPDATE!!!!  Attention Seniors: The $15.00 Naviance Transcript fees will now be paid online. Payment instructions will be posted on the Counseling website by August 23.

Other 10th, 11th & 12th Grade Information

When will I get my schedule? Students will receive a DRAFT of their schedule at orientation on August 24. **All student schedules are subject to change up to the first day of school. Students MUST print out their own schedule for the first day of school (September 5) through Infinite Campus.

What items will I need for school supplies? East Ridge High School does not maintain a list of supplies for students. Since each student has their own unique schedule when they get to the high school it is difficult to create one master supply list that would work for everyone. We ask that each student have a notebook, pen and paper on the first day of school. Some teachers may have supply lists on their websites; teacher websites are on their Academic department page.

When will I get my locker assignment and locker combination? Locker numbers and combinations will be printed on student schedules.

What if I am unable to attend Raptor Round Up on August 24? Contact an administrator, or your counselor

When will I have lunch? Lunches will be communicated on the first day of school and are assigned by your 4th hour teacher.
