Raptor Round Up - Thursday, August 23, 2018

We welcome all 10th-12th grade students to attend our open-house style Raptor Round Up. On this day students will be able to access lockers, take school photos, check out textbooks and take care of other business items such as parking permits, athletic passes, immunization forms, etc.  Students should bring their tentative class schedules with them to Raptor Round Up. Schedules go LIVE in Infinite Campus/Parent Portal after 4:00pm on Aug. 22. ERHS does not provide printed hard copies of student schedules.

 

Suggested times are listed below in order to accommodate the crowds. Other forms and information can be printed or viewed below.  

 

Raptor Round Up Student Checklist

 

RAPTOR ROUND UP TIMES:

10th grade 8:30-10:00am

11th grade 10:00am-12:00pm

12th grade 1:00-3:00pm

**9th grade will go through all of the checklist items on their first day of school (Tues, Sept. 4) during their 9th grade orientation.

School Supplies: East Ridge High School does not maintain a list of supplies for students. Since each student has their own unique schedule when they get to the high school it is difficult to create one master supply list that would work for everyone. We ask that each student have a notebook, pen and paper on the first day of school. Some teachers may have supply lists on their websites; teacher websites are on their Academic department page.

 

LifeTouch Photos:  Picture Order Form -- Students should print and bring this order form with them to Raptor Round Up.  

  • The Online Ordering website and code will be available from until Sunday, September 8, after picture days to complete online orders. 
  • LifeTouch will remain at ERHS until 5:00pm on August 23, 2018.
  • Retakes will be Monday, October 8 (during school day).
  • Seniors will need to get their pictures taken at Round Up, as these pictures are used for transcripts.

 

Parking Permits can be purchased via our online system. If payment is made by 4:00pm on Wednesday, Aug. 22,  the pass can be picked up at Round Up. Click here for all of the information. 

 

Athletic Passes  Starting in the 2018-19 school year, all district sport/game passes will be on your phone. Purchase a pass for yourself, student, family member. Each person will have a pass that can be used via their phone. Click here to purchase a pass.

SENIORS (CLASS OF 2019) The $15.00 Naviance Transcript fees must be paid online. Payment instructions will be posted on the Counseling website by August 22.

  • Families must submit a new application each year. If your family received free or reduced priced meals last school year, that same eligibility will remain in effect for the first 30 days of school or until your application is processed. Families who have this 30 day carry-over and have not submitted an application for the current school year by October 15, 2018 will lose their eligibility.
  • Once you have set up an online SchoolCafe account and applied for benefits, you are able to print/email your eligibility letter. 2018-19 Applications will be available August 1, 2018.
